Located in downtown Toronto, 130 Elizabeth Street is part of the historic Toronto Coach Terminal redevelopment, a key ModernTO initiative to revitalize underutilized city-owned properties. The project, along with 610 Bay Street, will deliver 873 purpose-built rental units, including 290 affordable units. The redevelopment will also include a Toronto Paramedic Services multi-hub, a new UHN organ repair centre, the adaptive reuse of the Art Deco terminal, and a new public plaza. The development emphasizes community, sustainability, and Indigenous design principles, with a geothermal district energy system and zero-carbon goals.
I joined the project team in April 2025, taking on design development and Site Plan Approval submission for 130 Elizabeth, and will continue to play a major role through the next stages.
