Bridge House is part of the Brightwater master-planned waterfront community in Port Credit, Mississauga — a mixed-use development that includes housing, retail, civic spaces, and 18 acres of parks. Located in the Promenade Precinct, this phase includes three condominium buildings, three townhouse blocks, a shared courtyard, and two levels of underground parking, delivering 485 residential units connected by two steel bridges.
As Project Architect, I oversaw the project from Site Plan Approval (SPA) through to tender. I managed internal team members, assigned tasks, reviewed drawings, and maintained control over the project schedule and deliverables. I acted as the primary point of contact with the client and consultant team, resolving both design and technical issues as they arose. I also monitored the fee schedule and prepared Additional Service Requests as needed to address scope changes and ensure continued progress within project parameters.
